Mustafa Ciplak has more than 15 years of experience in tourism and travel, with a specific focus on hospitality and hotel management. He also holds a master's degree in tourism and hotel management and has been a part time lecturer at Golden Horn University's Tourism Department for several years. Working abroad in the hotel industry, specifically in England, Mustafa has gained a unique insight into the needs of the international customer.
